Artist and illustrator Joy Hall has an art style that speaks to the heart of America. Direct, eye-catching and accessible, Joy’s art connects with consumers of all types across the spectrum of America.
A Texan by birth, Joy spent her early years growing up in Cuba. That helped flavor her art with a lively feel and festive color palette. As a child, a simple set of markers from her father set her on the creative path; as an adult, she rekindled her creative spirit at the Art Institute of Atlanta.
Joy’s art has been used on a variety of licensed goods: dinnerware, garden flags, fabric, scrapbooking, gift bags, puzzles, and more. Flagship licensing partners include Springs Creative, Magnet Works, Current Catalog, and more.
Creating artwork to share with others has always been Joy’s dream, but she admits to being a bit startled (and appreciative) when spotting a house flying a flag with one of her designs or receiving an email from someone conveying their enjoyment of her art.
Today, Joy Hall lives in a small picturesque town in Pennsylvania. “I love every minute I spend in my studio developing art for various products. I’m so thankful to be able to share my art with others and hope it brings a little “joy” into their lives.”
